Returns & Exchanges
All purchased items are subject to the normal consumer protections as according with Finnish and EU laws.
If for some reason a product must be returned, each case will be assessed on an individual basis. Replacement products will be provided when products are faulty due to manufacturing errors and poor workmanship.
Please contact us before returning the products. In Finland you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days as long as you pay the shipping costs for the return. The refund will always be returned to the original payment method.
Payment methods
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.
